Holly Ann has over 35 years of legal experience.  She works proactively with her clients assisting them with wills, estate
planning and estate administration (including probate and administration of intestate estates), real estate transactions (including acreage, cabin, and house sales and purchases), adoptions, same sex and common law co-habitation agreements, collaborative divorce and other family law issues.

Holly Ann is a collaborative divorce lawyer who seeks solutions for her clients that are as efficient, stress free and cost effective as possible. She will work with you to keep you out of court, if possible.

Early in her career, she developed and established the Unified Family Court in Saskatoon (precursor to the current Family Law Division).

At numerous public and professional forums, Holly Ann has presented on legal matters  relating to seniors, children, custody, & support, wills, estates, probate, mental health, collaborative divorce and family property division.

Holly Ann is a leader in her profession and community.  She has chaired the Family Law & Alternative Dispute Resolution north section of the Canadian Bar Association for Saskatchewan.  She served for many years as a trustee of the Mendel Art Gallery and as the Chair from 1999 to 2003.  She has also served in the Senate of the University of Saskatchewan and on the Executive of the Saskatoon Women’s Network. She is Secretary for Varsity View Community Association and has served as President.
